Cardboard pallets, also known as paperboard pallets, are an alternative to traditional wooden and plastic pallets. Lightweight and easy to store and transport, they significantly lower logistics costs by reducing the total cargo weight. Paperboard pallets guarantee almost 100% safety for workers and stored/transported goods. They are clean and dry and hence provide a high standard of hygiene that is not conducive to the growth of fungi and other pathogens. Cardboard pallets are characterized by high strength and can be used in many industries. You can use them for storage of goods in the warehouse and on shelves/racks, transportation including air transport as well as for transporting products to countries with strict phytosanitary regulations.

Cardboard pallets from Organic Polska are available in various dimensions. For companies that need pallets with non-standard dimensions, we offer our OPAL_JUMBO model. Their most common dimensions are 2800x2300mm and they have a load capacity of several tons. At Organic Polska, however, you have the opportunity to custom design the structure. O_PAL_JUMBO pallets can be easily adapted in terms of application, parameters and functionality to the needs of a particular enterprise. At Organic Polska, we manufacture them from solid honeycomb board and glued cardboard scantlings. Tops and beams are designed individually, so that the design of O_PAL_JUMBO can be quite different from standard cardboard pallets. On special request, we can make pallets with a structure typical of wooden pallets or a special transport platform.
Large dimensions of the O_PAL_JUMBO cardboard pallet make it perfect for transporting and storing goods of considerable weight and size, such as furniture boards, kitchen worktops, profiles and many others. Cardboard pallet from the O_PAL_JUMBO group is produced from solid honeycomb boards and scantlings made of glueboard. Tops and blocks are designed individually. The design can be quite different from standard pallets. A pallet from the O_PAL_JUMBO group will more closely resemble a transport platform than a pallet with a typical wooden pallet construction.
In case of these pallets, it is possible to manufacture a product with top and skids made of a honeycomb structure with different parameters than the standard ones.
We usually produce tops and skids from a 10mm thick honeycomb structure, made of 300g Kraft liners and a core of 135g fluting paper with an eye fi of 10mm.
If necessary, you can also modify the glued cardboard from which the beams or blocks on which the pallet top rests are made (material, dimensions, etc.).

Cardboard pallets O_PA_JUMBO have measurements that are rare among wooden pallets.
These pallets are characterized by large sizes often exceeding 2000mm in length and 1200mm in width.
