Our standard design is O_PAL_STANDARD paperboard pallets. They consist of a cardboard top and 9 feet of glued corrugated cardboard, and the total weight of a 1200×800mm pallet is 3kg. Both the top and the skids of an O_PAL_STANDARD pallet are manufactured from durable honeycomb structure with a thickness of 10 mm.

O_PAL_STANDARD cardboard pallets – sustainable and economical solution

O_PAL_STANDARD paperboard pallets are a solution that will work for any company – regardless of the industry it operates in or the scope of its operations. They can be used both for transportation and storage. Economical and sustainable pallets will help achieve considerable savings. As a manufacturer of paperboard pallets, we recommend them primarily for applications where weight, ease of disposal and recycling are of great importance, i.e. for courier shipments, transport to individual investors, transport and disposal of waste, air transport or shipments to countries with strict phytosanitary regulations.
Paperboard pallets manufactured by Organic Polska have many advantages that traditional wooden models definitely lack. Their biggest advantage is their light weight, which means that they do not increase the total weight of transported or stored goods. Moreover, paperboard pallets reduce the risk to health and life of workers, can be moved by hand without the use of forklifts, and, since they do not have nails or splinters, they also minimize the risk of damage to the product.
O_PAL_STANDARD cardboard pallet – material specification
The standard O_PAL_STANDARD cardboard pallet consists of a honeycomb cardboard top and 9 feet of glued corrugated cardboard. For the tops and skids we use a 10mm thick honeycomb structure, made of 300g Kraft liners
and a core of 135g fluting paper with an eye fi of 10mm.
The top rests on 9 feet (150x100x100) made of
glued corrugated cardboard. In this case, the glueboard is made
of many sheets of 5-ply, BC-wave cardboard.
The foot weight is 150g, which means that the total weight of one square meter of glueboard is about 10,000g.
